Pagination

List endpoints return pages of up to 100 objects, newest first, and a cursor to get the next page.

limitinteger: How many objects to return, 1 to 100. Default 20.
starting_afterstring: The id of the last object on the previous page. The next page starts after it.

starting_after	string	The `id` of the last object on the previous page. The next page starts after it.

Keep asking while has_more is true. The cursor is stable even when new objects arrive, so you do not skip or repeat anything.
