Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans and one-time purchases (such as AI credit packs) of the Loyaltyfy service. Loyaltyfy is a product and trade name of «CRYSTAL SHOP» S.R.L. (Republic of Moldova). Payments may be processed by our authorized payment providers acting as merchant of record; this policy applies regardless of the payment method used.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, we will refund your payment in full, unconditionally and without questions, provided the request is made within 14 calendar days of the charge. This applies to:

• the first payment for any subscription plan;
• any renewal payment of a subscription;
• one-time purchases (AI credit packs, add-ons).

2. How to request a refund

Send a request through any of these channels:

• If the payment was processed by a merchant-of-record provider — via the receipt link in your payment confirmation email.

Include the email of your account and the approximate payment date. No explanation is required.

3. Refund timing

We confirm and initiate refunds within 3 business days of the request. The money reaches your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard or by contacting us via the channels above. After cancellation:

• no further renewals are charged;
• the paid features remain active until the end of the period already paid for;
• your data is kept for 30 days after account deletion and can be restored on request within that window.

5. After the 14-day window

Requests made later than 14 days after a charge are reviewed individually — write to us and we will find a fair solution (for example, a pro-rata refund or account credit). Statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
